Mandarin Palace

One Saturday night, after visiting the dentist, we decided to eat at Mandarin Palace located along Aguirre Avenue, BF Homes Parañaque.

We decided to try their shabu-shabu because from 9pm onwards they offer 20-25 percent discount. We were given a piece of paper where we can check which ones we like: soup base, assorted balls, vegetables, pork, chicken, seafood. After ordering a dimsum cart approached our table and offered us a variety of dimsum available. We just got the hakaw.

Hakaw Php128.00 for 3 pieces. Sarap!

Sorry, I forgot to take a photo before eating the first piece. Nyahahaha! #taggutom After enjoying our hakaw, the broth was then delivered to our table. It was then followed by our different orders. We were overwhelmed with everything that came, gladly there was someone to assist us.

Broth – Japanese Miso and Superior Soup, Pork cutlets, Assorted balls (lobster, crab, squid tofu and I am not sure what the gray one is made of), Condiments for the sauce, Sweet corn, and sliced Lapu-lapu

Sorry I didn’t get your name ate. But thank you very much for the superb assistance in making our sauce in cooking all the food. She made a sauce from the condiments she brought. Garlic, onions, spring onions, butter, chili, satay and a special sauce. I am not sure what it is made of. Maybe oyster sauce and black vinegar? Nyeeee.
